Update:
I've just noticed I said I was using my iPod Touch to provide the music when, in fact, it was actually my old iPod mini.
The track is "The Big Wha Hoo" played by The Midnight Car Park Ramblers.

Nice tune! Banjos and beatboxes make a lovely couple.
Ah, just found this track on soundcloud and it's not a drum machine, but a washboard.
I always get those two mixed up.
Strangely enough I have sampled my washboard into a beat box but this track features a "hand-crafted" example.
