Tell me, do you make an Intervention and then decide where to put it and go there, or do you see a place and draw inspiration to Intervene?

I make the signs, wander about until I find a spot that seems appropriate, then whip out the first sign that comes to hand from my pippy bag (© Hooting Yard) and staple it up.

If I were to try to 'plan' them I suspect it'd be another idea I never got round to doing.
