It now seems that someone has laid claim to it:
So, now we await the arrival of Bembridge Sailing Club's representatives to claim their property.
It would be a shame for them if someone were to unchain the buoy and let it escape...

You'll notice the 'smile' has only fully appeared during it's stay here.
You are right of course OSM I hadnt paid close attention. It looks much happier now than on its arrival doesnt it? A little beach time clearly agrees with it.
Is it beach weather there yet? Its going to be 93 here today and 97 tomorrow. It was 70 at dawn
