Beached Buoy

It must be said, most interesting things in Felpham usually fall out of the sky or get washed up on the beach.
This interesting thing appeared on the beach a couple of days ago:

It's caused an immense amount of interest among the local inhabitants so much so I had to wait for ages to get a picture that didn't have an excitable young person standing on it.

I made a video of it as it was washed back and forth by the tide.
I edited the video, I added a sound-track, I uploaded it to YouTube and it disappeared.
