BeHeld's 'Heart' recording sessions began shortly after the release of 'Lo'.

I wanted to write a long, in depth, possibly blow by blow account of the harrowing roller-coaster  journey to its final realisation...

Then breath a sigh of relief for I don't think I'd live long enough to write it.
