Its also arrived over here. There is a neighbo(u)rhood close to where I work called Yorkshire Downs. Now I've tried to explain, we have Moors and Dales and even Wolds but we don't, unless Im very much mistaken, have any Downs buddy. Theres also a Harrogate Lane nearby. But thats not in Yorkshire Downs. It intersects Peterborough Dr. at one end and Rotherham Ln. at the other. Who said Americans don't have any sense of geography

Theres also a Harrogate in Tennessee near the point where the VA TN and KY borders meet . Right alongside the Cumberland Gap of which Lonnie Donegan sang so memorably. There are others in the USA, but they have Ws in them.

Ah, yes, Harrogate...

Considering the time I've been away I'm minded to take a trip back into that heart of darkness.

(Mainly to do a custom version of the Nidderdale Way which, I hope, will involve a clandestine over-night camp at Brimham Rocks.)

I was watching The Omen the other night with Mrs.B and berating Netflix for not having Omen II or III and I recalled that there was a scene in Damien: Omen III filmed at Brimham Rocks and that I (and very likely you) knew folks as was satanic extras in said scene.

Yes, I knew several extras.
I think they got paid about £14 and a roast chicken.

I do have another BR experience that deserves its own post.

(1) I really like this picture of you.

(2) I can't hardly figure out what you and Mr. Banished are talking about.
